Arm Wrap

You will be reaching your arm behind your back and then closing your eyes to touch certain fingers to each other.
  • Stand up and put your right arm straight down at your side
  • Tuck that arm behind your back so that it is resting on your lower back. It should be bent at a 90 degree angle.
  • Follow these instructions while closing your eyes:
    • With the arm that is not behind your back take your ring finger and try to touch your other hand's pinkie. Once you have done this, bring that arm back in front of you, keeping the other arm behind your back.
    • With that arm that is not behind your back take your middle finger and touch your other hand's thumb. Once you have done this, bring that arm back in front of you keeping the other arm behind your back.
    • With the arm that is not behind your back take your pinkie finger and touch your other hand's ring finger.
  • Now put your left arm behind your back and follow those same steps.
